COWORKING/STUDY SPACE MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Space Guidelines & Policies
- Members Only: Only registered members are allowed inside. Guests must get prior permission from the Project Coordinator/Manager at reception.
- No Security Deposit: Coworking memberships are offered with zero security deposit.
- Cancellation & Notice Period: Members must inform management 30 days prior before leaving. Failure to provide this 30-day notice will result in strict blacklisting. (Note: Blacklisting means you will not be able to use any of the services with KH in the future).
- Access Card: Always carry your card. If your card is missed or lost, a fine of ₹100 applies. Do not use other member’s cards. This card serves as your official Membership Card and must be returned in good condition upon vacating.
- Prepaid Rent & Pricing:
- 1st Month (Introductory Rate): ₹1,999/₹1,499
- 2nd Month Onwards (Discounted Rate): ₹1,499/₹999 (₹500 discount)
- The Rent Cycle runs strictly from the 1st to the 30th of every month.
- Monthly rent is prepaid and must be cleared on or before the 25th of every month.
- Late Payment: If rent is not cleared by the 25th, a Daily Pay-and-Use rate of ₹100 applies. Daily payments cannot be adjusted against the monthly fee later. Also, by the 1st of the next month, the seat will automatically be assigned to the next waiting list candidate.
- Non-Refundable Policy: All paid rent amounts are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Silent Zone: Keep noise to a minimum. This is a quiet area dedicated to focus and productivity.
- Footwear Policy: Using outside footwear inside the premises is strictly prohibited. Please place all footwear neatly on the shoe rack. Do not leave shoes in front of the door.
- Bathroom Etiquette: Use the provided bathroom slippers inside the bathroom only. Leave slippers inside after use; do not wear or keep them outside. Always close the door and turn off the light.
- Audio Etiquette: Loud music or audio is prohibited. Use earphones for all media; ensure volume is inaudible to others.
- Phone Etiquette: Keep devices completely silent inside workspaces. Attend all calls strictly from the outside veranda or the pantry area.
- Cleanliness & Break Rules: Keep your area tidy. Use the bins provided and place footwear on the shoe rack. Limit lunch breaks strictly to 15 minutes.
- Food & Drink: Only bottled water is allowed at desks. All food and coffee/tea must be consumed strictly in the Pantry area (coffee/tea must be paid before use).
- Food Waste Policy: Do not dump food waste in dustbins, the washbasin or anywhere on the premises. Please either bring food in just the right quantity or take any leftover food back home with you.
- Personal Items: You are solely responsible for your belongings. KANs HUB is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Your Space: Use only your assigned desk and chair. Do not use other members' items or move furniture.
- Chair Care & Seating Etiquette: Push your chair in properly before leaving. Do not tear chair covers. This rule applies strictly to both your work chair and all pantry chairs.
- Property Care: Do not damage, mark or draw on desks, walls or property. Any damage will result in repair or replacement charges.
- Electricity & AC Usage: Use only your assigned desk light/fan. For AC Room members, the AC will be active from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (subject to change), management holds full control over AC settings; keep doors shut during these hours. Electricity: Use only your assigned desk light/fan. The last person leaving must turn off all lights/fans (including washroom/pantry).
- Access 24/7: The premises are available for use 24/7 including Sundays (Note: AC will not be available on Sundays).
- Surveillance: The entire premise is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance for safety and security.
- Professionalism & Instructions: Treat staff and members with respect. Strictly follow all instruction boards posted around the pantry, washrooms, and common areas. Contact management immediately regarding any issues.
- Parking: Park two-wheelers without obstructing ground-floor shops. Do not lock the handle of your bike, as it may need to be moved for other vehicles.
